Cassie, I love that you realise that a testimony is still good news - indeed GREAT news - even if we haven't been saved from a life of overt wickedness or misery. For ALL have sinned and fall short of the glory of God... so even those of us raised in Christian homes still need to be rescued and brought from the kingdom of darkness into the kingdom of light. I pray your testimony will encourage others to never be ashamed of their testimony, even if it doesn't read like some gripping, thrilling movie line! LOL. And may they also be encouraged to follow your example in following wholeheartedly after God.
